Auburn Soccer Club is thrilled to announce its expansion into the Chattahoochee Valley with the opening of Auburn Soccer Club East. The ASC East program is an extension of Auburn Soccer Club which will provide a high level experience to players and families from the Phenix City, Smith Station, and Columbus areas. This expansion not only broadens ASC’s reach to surrounding areas, but also strengthens the overall player pool and competitive environment for all club members. 


Executive Director, Meghan Kemp comments, “Our mission at Auburn Soccer Club has always been to grow the game and provide a variety of opportunities for young players. ASC East allows us to serve more families while maintaining the culture, standards and developmental focus that makes Auburn Soccer Club special.”

  • What is ASC East?

  • Is this a merger with another club?

    No, ASC East is not a merger with another club. It is an expansion of Auburn Soccer Club, created to offer an additional training location and more flexibility for families in the Chattahoochee Valley. The goal is to provide more training opportunities, increase access to high-quality coaching, and build a larger, more diverse player pool—all while maintaining the positive and development-focused environment that ASC has.

  • Where is ASC East practice field located?

    ASC East practices are held at Ladonia Sports Complex

  • Where are ASC East home games held at?

    In Auburn at the Wire Road Soccer Complex.

  • What is the cost of ASC East?

  • What does the training look like?

    Training for ASC East players is designed to be flexible while still maintaining high standards of development.


    • Full Teams that join ASC can choose to train entirely at our East locations as many nights per week as they wish based on field availability.
    • ASC East Academy players who are also rostered on an ASC team will typically train one night a week at the East location and one night a week in Auburn with their team.
    • Select players on ASC teams may train one night per week at East and two nights per week in Auburn, depending on their development plan and coordination with their coach.

    All Auburn-based training will be led by dedicated ASC coaching staff. ASC East and ASC coaches will collaborate closely to ensure every player receives the best possible development experience.


    As ASC East grows, full ASC East teams may form and be primarily based at the East location. These teams may occasionally incorporate Auburn players to fill rosters or use club pass options for games and tournaments when needed.


    Please note: Auburn players will not be expected to travel to the East location for training unless arranged collaboratively by coaches, players, and parents.

  • Is ASC East starting this fall?

    Yes, ASC East is launching this Fall 25/26 season. Tryouts and registration are currently open, and training will begin in August

  • Where are tryouts held?

    Tryouts for ASC East are held at Wire Road Soccer Complex along with the main ASC tryouts. It is good for ASC Coaches and Admin to see every player at tryouts so we can make informed decisions about future possibilities.
